In the year 2001 I began a teacher preparation program at the University of Northern Colorado. I managed to complete the teacher education program in 2007 with a 3.85 GPA. In fulfillment of my teaching dream we moved to Pagosa Springs, CO. in the winter of 2006-2007. I obtained my New Mexico Teaching license in the year of 2008 and obtained an endorsement in mathematics that enabled me to teach middle school math as a "Highly Qualified Teacher of Mathematics". While in New York, I worked for two years as a teacher of Science at a Junior High school in the Bronx. There I was awarded "Rookie-Teacher-of-the-Year." For one year, I also tutored after school to earn extra money. I have also taught in California and Santa Fe, NM. My passion is to be an International speaker on the topics of Metaphysics and Spirituality. I believe it is best to offer guidance, and allow the student to go through the process of discovery. I enjoy working one on one with a wide variety of students - those with solid backgrounds in mathematics, as well as those who have had difficulties with mathematics their entire lives. In fact, I believe that one of the biggest reasons a child/teen/adult needs tutoring in mathematical sciences often stems from something missing in their early years of learning math.
