I have experience in a public school setting as a technology assistant and for the past three years I tutored in English, math, and information technology, serving students worldwide. Further I have 3 years experience as an Engineering Technician for local government.
Teaching Style
I believe all students are capable of creativity and learning, and that education is a two-way process, where students and teachers collaborate to advance one another's understanding of the world. My style reflects that teaching and discovery work together to produce superior educational outcomes. Patience and understanding are very natural to me and are reflected by my easy-going demeanor. Often many approaches exist to solve challenging exercises so it is important to demostrate varying methods during instruction. I also enjoy incorporating technology to cement and augment understanding. I understand that a few great teachers can make all the difference to students and I strive to be such an individual.
