**Accounting and Global Management specialist**

I analyze with students their accounting skills and help them to improve them in the subject they are studying. I adapt my teaching skills to the actual needs of the students.

I am working for the past 21 years with Cirque du Soleil. I toured around the world, started as Administration Director on Tour and now I am Company Manager for a show in Las Vegas. I finished recently my online MBA at the University of Phoenix and want to coach students to help them to improve their accounting skills.
Interacting with different types of people is a quality that I have and need to use every day with the artists and technicians I work with. This skill combined with my knowledge in Accounting will help me to coach students to succeed in their accounting studies.

Nick S. is fantastic! He helped my daughter with her AP Statistics at the very last minute with her crazy schedule. Wish we had found him years ago!

Nick is hands down the best statistics tutor!
My name is Dan and I have been with Nick for at least two years. We first met while I was studying Algebra 1 in high school. Nick helped me through that then Algebra 2. I then started attending Los Angeles Mission College in Sylmar. I began again with Nick and he helped me get an A in Beginning / intermediate Algebra. My last two semesters have dealt with Statistics. I passed both Pre-statistics and Statistics with an A in both. Math is a difficult subject for me and Nick was most patient, and explained the problems in a real world context that made it so much easier to understand. If you are facing the daunting challenge of probabilities, T - tests, ANOVA and all the other aspects of college statistics, then you can't do better. One other thing about Nick, he is really a nice guy, as friendly as they get.

Great Stats Tutor!
- Briana F. Calabases, CA on 11/03/2017 I messaged Nick and he responded within minutes. It was a last minute decision to find a tutor and he met me a few hours after we connected on here. Very good at explaining this and why they are the way they are. He really helped me understand the concepts of confidence intervals, etc. in less than one hour. We finished my session early and I was very well prepared for my exam. I would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Nick!
Brianna,

Hello, I’m Nick. Thank you for your time reading my bio. I offer a 15 minutes online demo session for new students. I love learning and teaching. If you want to make all of your classes go easier, I am here to show you how. I have developed a way to teach you how to learn with more ease. So you spend less time worrying and fighting the assignments and more time enjoying what you’re learning and more free time to do other important things. I have been tutoring since elementary school helping my classmates. I had to observe carefully what works with students as applied within the various subjects, I have successfully taught thousands of students, both in USA and overseas. I am committed to giving my students the best tutoring. I believe there is more than one way to explain math concepts so that if a student doesn't grasp the way it is presented in class, I can find an alternate way of exp ... read more

**20+Yrs Teaching/Tutoring College/H.S.; Masters Math&Physics**

I hold two master's degrees -- one in applied mathematics, one in physics. I started teaching math in 1999. While many of the intervening years saw me as a part-time adjunct instructor of mathematics, I did enjoy a full-time appointment to the math faculty of Alabama A&M University for 5 of those years. I have also used my skills in industry and government, most notably at NASA and Intergraph. I've taught just about every undergraduate math course and tutored some graduate ones, too. I started out teaching introductory statistics and probability for several semesters at Oakwood College (now Oakwood University). I have also taught at UAH, Strayer, and Calhoun. I am familiar with the undergrad curriculum. I've tutored students from schools all over the world -- high school and college. I have tutored students from pre-algebra to differential equations (and in an assortment of "off-ro ... read more

I am currently in college and have completed Math up to Calculus AB and taken multiple college level courses in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Focused and encouraging, enthusiastic and personable, I've helped students reach that "light-bulb moment" countless times. I've got your back! Content knowledge is only part of the puzzle, though; problem-solving skills are crucial, so I share tactics on being methodical and help in constructing a system. Check my testimonials to hear from my students!
Effective tutoring is not a one-off, stopgap solution; I often end up working with my students long-term, through their high-school and early-college years.

Attended Princeton for molecular biology. Completed the IB program in high school as salutatorian out of 500+.
Tutored since HS (2004), specializing in math and science for students in grades 6-12 or college / grad school. In Chicago since 2017, I've worked with students in CPS, Latin, Parker, Lycee Francais, St Ignatius, DePaul, and Northwestern.
