I tutored for the Federal Way, WA campus of DeVry University from spring of 2007 to fall of 2008. I tutored students in English, multiple maths, programming, game design, logic, and test prep. I stopped tutoring to devote my time to the final project of my degree. Now I'm an independent video game developer tutoring to make "ends meet" while I'm working on my first commercial game project. I present the information or concepts at hand in several different ways. I draw on the learners personal experiences to make the information or concepts relevant to them. As I have gone through my classes at Clover Park Technical College to become a para educator and I have work with the middle school kids at my job I have come to realize that I really enjoy working and helping the kids understand how to do new activity as well as help them out with their school work I really enjoy being around teenagers as well as younger age groups my goal is to become a para educator as well as a recreation coordinator in a middle school.
