I was hired by the Lutheran Church to write devotional materials..I had to take certain Bible passages & develop meditations of less than 100 words for a 2 week period. I told my students there was no "wrong" way to present class material. They were told they would be videotaped & critiqued by their class members..BUT their presentation would be on their military specialty (eg. a Motor Pool SGT would do a class on vehicle maintenance)..thereby increasing the "comfort level" of the presenter & enhancing the knowledge of the class.
