I have taught high school English for six years total in Indiana. While teaching, I covered several areas that fall into the English category, including vocabulary, writing, grammar, and SAT practice. I am a very hands-on learner, so I tend to try to make things as hands on or as real to life as possible. Since graduating from Baptist Bible College in 2006, I have been teaching high school English in Indiana for six years now. I taught three years at Bethesda Christian School in Brownsburg, where I spanned English 9, 10, 11, Senior Speech, and Advanced Composition for seniors. In 2010 I began teaching at Faith Christian School in Lafayette; there I taught English 9, 10, and 11. I was also the Yearbook Advisor two years at Faith. I have two younger siblings and 4 younger step-siblings that I have helped with their homework, or helped them better understand material assigned to them. Their ages range from 8-17.
