My interest in mathematics is what originally fueled my desire to pursue an accounting degree. My work ethic and study skills are what have allowed me to earn both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in this field. My greatest strengths, however, are writing and composition, which is why I minored in English. I've tutored in English, math, and accounting (jr high, high school, & college-level) for the past 8 years. My teaching style varies depending on the needs of my clients. Typically when I tutor more than one student at a time, I like to give frequent assessments (verbal or written). These "quizzes" aren't to punish the students; I use them to assess the needs of the students and the strengths and weaknesses of my teaching methods.
