Experience Summary
I have over 25+ years in all areas of Accounting. I am passionate about math, accounting, finance, and education. In both undergraduate and graduate work. My jobs within the Accounting field have been roles which required leading and educating. Currently, a great deal of my time at work involves teaching others to gain the skills necessary for resolving accounting issues. Also, I conduct hands-on training sessions focused on improving excel skills for associates. I believe that I will bring to the tutoring sessions an overall knowledge of Accounting and Advanced Excel.
Teaching Style
I enjoy sharing my Accounting knowledge and Excel skills as well as figuring out how each individual best learns I am very easy going and patient but diligent and persistent in making sure that individuals understand the information being taught. I accommodate different styles of learning and emphasize my teaching around the areas where the individual student most struggles. I am very approachable and open to helping anyone and everyone be successful.
