I have a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Providence College and have been looking to get into teaching. I have been a substitute teacher for grades 9-12 since January, 2013. I am also in the process of getting my temporary teaching certificate for the state of Florida in science (grades 6-12). I have been working with kids of all ages for a long time. I love to see them learn and grow. That moment when they "get" something is magical! I spent the 2011-2012 school year teaching at a title 1 school in Collier County and have grown exponentially from it! I had several students in my class who needed special help, and half of my class were English language learners.
