Writing is one of my top subjects! Beginners (K - 1 graders) in writing should focus on how to print letter and words legibly. They need to practice the use of appropriate strokes, loops, and lines to form upper and lower case letters. Use of lined or ruled papers are ideal in practicing how to print letters because it has blue and red colors with broken lines in between straight lines. Writing needs the correct usage of Conventions such as Capitalization, Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuations. Students should use the rules in writing such as when to use Capital letters or upper case letters, Paragraph writing (which composes a composition) should use indentation and spacing. Your Child's Best Interest.

I want your child to be able to feel comfortable to ask questions. A lot of students are scared to look "less than" in front of their peers if they ask questions. English and Literature are subjects meant to be questioned and not just read. I believe that your child has every capability to learn and my job is to help them turn on the light bulb to help them see that reading and writing aren't as hard as they seem to be.
I have student taught since my senior year in high school as a credit. I have tutored family members and coworkers. I am currently a third year student at Glendale Community College (GCC) and my major is Secondary Education in English.
