I use some props and examples to aid a particular subject, and I speak English very well so there is no miscommunication. I began tutoring mathematics when I was still a student and this allows me to relate to the students. During the past three years I have tutored a wide range of mathematic subjects ranging from high school geometry and algebra to college differential equations. I have specifically spent the majority of my time tutoring students in college algebra. After obtaining my mathematics degree, it enabled me to gain a better understanding of math that allows me to translate such a difficult subject to students. I have been teaching guitar lessons for a year now. I have just graduated from Colorado State University Pueblo with my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. In my education at CSU I have also acquired six credit hours in education classes and observed 60 hours in public schools. In my experience as a musician, I have found that teaching a subject I love can really inspire students to excel. It's necessary to spread our knowledge to others. My specialty is music, but I love to teach in general because kids need good mentors. Each child is different so I use an individualized approach to my teaching styles.
