A Little Bit About Me...

I have spent the last twenty years in teaching and related endeavors. I was the owner and administrator of my own Montessori school in Orlando, FL for eight years. The school had 100 students from preschool though sixth grade. I have ten years of teaching experience in grades 1-6 (Montessori/Traditional)and seven years of teaching primary students ages 1-1/2 through age six (Montessori students). I have also tutored many children and adults in Language Arts and Math. I love teaching!

I have earned a BA in French from the University of Florida with a minor in Flute Performance and a concentration in Spanish. As a native English speaker, I understand the difficulties and intricacies of learning a foreign language and have 8 years of experience in learning to speak, read and write in French and Spanish.
