My teaching style is trying to relate to each person and make everything easier for them. Dealing with A.D.D my entire life, I've learned how to break apart the entire problem(or essay) into better and more clear parts. A good educator needs to demand accountability from it's students. I believe that a student needs to do a little work every day, instead of a lot in one day. I stress that every student keeps a notebook that highlights main ideas in every subject. I have always been a believer in giving students a foundation from which to learn and grow. I enjoy teaching students basic skills that can be applied to many different subject areas. For example, I think things like test-taking skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills are all things that can transfer between subject areas and even outside of the classroom. A Little Bit About Me...

I am new to tutoring, but not to teaching. In college, whether I was studying differential equations or the intricacies of cellular processes, I took the time to support my classmates and explain difficult concepts. When I was called to service, I spent four years in the Air Force, lecturing, mentoring, and teaching my fellow servicemembers, breaking down highly technical information and helping them succeed.
