When I was in high school I had a lot of anxiety about math. I went back to college late in life and I was terrified that I would have to take a few math courses to graduate. It wasn't long before math was my favorite class and I changed my major. When I was in school I helped a lot of my classmates with calculus. After I graduated I got a job as a tutor working with high school students on preparation for college entrance exams and mathematics. I found that to be very rewarding.

I'm a 27 year old that accepted a part-time internship in Fort Collins, Colorado. Also, I'm in the process of applying for PHD programs (starting in 2011) in hopes of becoming a professor in the long-run. As the graduate of a difficult field of science, I spent a great deal of time studying and developing better methods for studying. I have become very knowledgeable in science and applied science through my degree field. In terms of test preparation, aside from learning the information it is important to work on test-taking skills (relaxation, focus, etc.).
