I have been in advanced math classes since my 7th grade year. I am currently on a 10-11 grade level and I'm only on the 9th grade. I can tutor in almost anything math related. If needed I can be called any time for help. I'm almost always available. If you can't pay $25 an hour I am willing to lower my hourly rate to something that you can afford.
