This experience led me to return to college for post-baccalaureate work in order to receive certification in the state of Maryland for education in chemistry. Additionally, I received a physics minor which benefited me greatly when I began my educational career in Maryland teaching various levels of high school chemistry and introduction to chemistry and physics for 7 years.
