I help them solve problems by asking leading questions so that they can develop the intuition for solving problems on their own, of course introducing and explaining basic concepts when necessary. I first address the pupil's concerns and history with the subject. My commitment is to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment. Next I find the best way that the student learns. Most people prefer one modality over another in terms of retention of the material. I think that it is important to find the types of learning that each student finds easiest to understand, and tailor the course so that it works well with their particular learning abilities.
