I have ten years of experience as an ESOL teacher. I began my career in Costa Rica in 2001 and upon returning to Sarasota began working for Sarasota County Technical Institute. I then moved to Barcelona, Spain to obtain the Cambridge CELTA certificate from International House and spent the next eight years teaching classes to all ages and levels. I have been a fluent Spanish speaker for over 15 years and although not a a native speaker, I and others consider me to be a fluent speaker and writer of Spanish.
