A Little Bit About Me...

I am a graduate of Concordia College and C.W. Post Univ. both at school in NY. I have a BA in Elem. Education and a minor in music Ed. I have my Masters in Special Ed. I have taught students first starting at the preschool level. I have taught elementary students. For 7 years I have tutored Special Ed. Students at the High School level and younger. These classes were English, Math Science,History and Reading.
I love teaching and working with all children. I became a teacher because I know that it is sometimes hard for children to learn. All children learn in different ways and speeds. I am patient, and understanding. I will not give up on any child they are our future. I believe that all children can meet their potential if they are given the riht tools and education. I truly enjoy working with others and watching the proverbial "light bulb" go off when a student "gets it." I am very comfortable and confident when working with individuals of all ages.
