I have worked in the marketing industry for a while now. I have not had any actual schooling in the subject but in my experience what you learn from the book is nothing compared to the hands on experience. I don't have any formal training like college or anything. Every bit of my experience is real world experience from working in the field. I believe that hands on or real world experience is much more efficient compared to book knowledge. A book can only tell you a thing or two that might work. I know what will work. I believe that successful tutoring begins with establishing a relationship with the tutee.
