I'm a visual learner, but I incorporate several different teaching styles to make course material meaningful to the students I tutor. I've been tutoring at a college level for over two and a half years. I aim to take the more complex material and make it super easy to comprehend. Students have very stressful lives on their own; learning needs to be made fun and engaging. I attempt to do just that. The teaching style that brings the best success I've found is centered on two points. First of all, it is based on listening, which means getting the student to talk.
