Experience Summary
I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BA in psychology and a minor in child development. In my studies I have gained extensive knowledge on the growth and development of children and young adults. I have also learned various teaching and learning styles, problem solving techniques, and communication skills in which to facilitate the educational needs of children both individually and in small groups.
Teaching Style
I recognize that each child is unique and has the potential to succeed, and therefore it is important that they are provided with positive, productive guidance to enhance their learning experience. I understand that all individuals learn in different ways, and that embracing diversity is a key to successful teaching.
