Most of my teaching was in religious settings working with teens, but I have also tutored younger children with school studies in after school programs and I have taught Microsoft Office, Keyboarding and Business classes in an accredited adult learning center. I have trained teens to do on air radio announcing, creating magazine publications, web design and have taught guitar and bass. I am both an adoptive parent and have served as foster parent, both requiring tutoring my children in general school studies. I am a licensed Short Term Substitute Teacher for the state of Ohio.

My studio is student focused. Student learn jazz, rock, classical, latin and popular styles. There is an equal focus of reading and performing by ear. Song writing, music therory and improvization are included in students lessons as they show an appitude and willingness to progress. Students are at all levels beginner, intermediate and advanced. I am currently a graduate student at Wright State University majoring in English Literature.
