I believe all students are capable of learning. It is the role of the educator to help students identify their strengths and provide them with the tools that will help them integrate new knowledge into existing schemas. Certified Teacher

I like to make teaching fun! If a student is bored they aren't going to be putting 100% into their work. I also use a positive reward system and celebrate all achievement. Even if it is minor.
I have been working with kids of all ages for a long time. I love to see them learn and grow. That moment when they "get" something is magical!
