As a student I studied languages, earning a degree in English and an extensive minor in French. During my time in college I spent innumerable hours tutoring both. Over the years I've had countless hours of experience teaching phonics, grammar, reading, writing, creative writing, and conversation. I've also taught and/or tutored elementary math and science, drama, music, and Chinese. Each child is different. A good teacher helps each student meet their expectations while keeping the child interested in the subject matter. Each day my goal is the same, to get the most out of my students, and this can only be done when they are attentive and motivated.
