The Student Comes First

I allow my teaching style to mold itself to each individual student, finding methods of communicating the information that best suit the learning style of my student. First off I approach learning with a degree of understanding for the student, I have found not all students learn at the same pace and have the same strengths and weakness. I like to build the strengths and bring up the weakness. A student must want to learn and to take ownership with his or her educational career no matter what the degree is in.
