I have been an accountant for over 20 yrs and have trained office staff and accountants during this time. I have tutored my son's friends in college accounting. I was a substitute teacher, including long term positions that lasted 6 months, for 5 years. I mostly worked in middle school and H.S. Did tutoring during school lunch hours. My experience started when I was seven years old with the abc' s in asl. Then in high school I found out my cousin was born deaf so I started to learn even more. I would stay up all night with people on google the sign so I could learn the language. I also worked for deaf access services or DAS for short. That place was where deaf people could come and asked for interpreters for there needs. In college ( still in ) I took asl 1 and 2. However the school dose not teach more that that I'm looking as other schools it go to for learning more.
