I have most of my old books that can be used as references and usually it doesn't take a lot to get your mind set back into accounting. Speaking is one of my top subjects!

I have been helping people for years. I am very passionate about helping Elementary aged children. In my last year of high school, I got to be the teachers assistant. I went to a K-12 charter school. By the end of the school year our Kindergarten class was reading at a 1st grade proficient level. Some kids couldn't even read at the start of the year. I have experience working with both audio/visual learners and a kinesthetic/tactile learner. The kinesthetic/tactile learner had learning disabilities akin to ADD, but still did very well in the small group environment. I believe that children who want to learn will do so given the proper setting and sufficient time to succeed. I have very high patience for children who try hard and still struggle, but I do expect the student to give their best effort at each task.

Teaching is a dream job since you get to directly see the results of your work. You can watch your students improve in front of your eyes and this is a result of your motivational skills. The students do the work but you are the one who reaches their inner core to pull out their ability to achieve. For each student you must find what motivates them and press those buttons.
