A Little Bit About Me...

During my time as an undergraduate I spent time mentoring kids with anger management issues and for drug rehab at the Police Athletic League's Teen Center in Palm Bay. I did that for over a year. I also interned as a paraprofessional counselor at one of the largest treatment centers for ADHD at The State University of New York at Buffalo. When I started my career in the healthcare undustry I started in training nurses how to administer vaccines and ended up teaching doctors about new pharmaceuticals. In between this I spent some time at Patrick Air Force Base teaching classes on PTSD and Wellness Programs. I began teaching classical ballet to all ages at the age of 18 and have been teaching ever since. I worked for Huntington learning centers as an English and Math tutor and as a math and english teacher at a private christian school for 6-12 grades where I also ran the performing arts program. I spent the first 8 years of my life in West Africa where I learned to speak French as well as English. I homeschooled, teaching all subjects 9-12th grade including History, Science, English, Math, French and electives.

As an avid seeker of lifelong knowledge, I know and value the importance of education and knowledge. My first tutoring job was in the 5th grade. I tutored a 2nd grader in math and English.
