It is NEVER too late to learn, nor right to learn only 1 way

I summarized my basic experience in the Policy Statement. To expand on that, I have over 20 apps on an android tablet that are for clients who need early intervention in the areas of educational subjects, speech/breathing techniques, social and emotional recognition and assistive communication. I have a child safety filter infiltrated into the device so that the clients receive only what is appropriate to their learning. They cannot access the settings on the device, nor the regular web. I honor parents' input on what they think is appropriate for their child.
I utilize kinesthetic learning and encourage parental involvement within the tutoring sessions.

My comments on tutoring Logic : I have taken many logic classes as per my university degree requirements.

I am currently in the middle of completing a BS in Computer Science at Case Western Reserve University. I have taken all my math requirements up to Linear Algebra and excelled in each course, for both math and programming related courses. I have experience tutoring math in High School, mostly while I was in high school, and have tutored my younger sibling and their friends, who are 5 years younger than me, continuously in math as we both grew up. So, I have experience tutoring elementary, middle, and high school children.

I have been a tutor at Phoenix college for one semester. I tutored all math and physics courses. Tutoring gives me the opportunity to help others, but it has also strengthened because I allowed me to remember few simple things that I have seen in the past and have forgotten. Beside all of that, I love helping people!

A Little Bit About Me...

Math was never an issue for me, I was always ahead of the curve in my math scores, and when I got the chance to relate that math ability to economics, it all made sense. Economics is second-nature to me. Economics puts calculus into real-world situations. Breezed through it in high school and first couple years of college, realized it would be an excellent thing for me to major in. Economics is all about logic, and being a logical person, economics always came easy. When you think logically, you are thinking economically. In economic problems, you always assume the agents in the problem will act in their best interest.

I really enjoy teaching because I believe it enhances both the teachers' and students' lives. If the teacher is enthusiastic about learning, the student can also be excited about learning. My biggest strength in teaching is engaging the student in the topic and creating good "real life" examples of the situation at hand. One big aide I believe in having is a board which is very helpful in science classes such as biology and biochemistry. I hope to make a big impression in my students' lives.
As a recent graduate from Arizona State University, I feel I have become a more well-rounded person. I have earned a BS in biology and am qualified to apply to Medical School. The teaching style I have is really a mix of all styles. I was exposed to teaching classes as an undergraduate student. One class really taught me the importance of building a teaching style with all of the learning styles involved. Whether it is visual, kinesthetic, audio, or reading, a good teacher will take the time to incorporate all of these into their style. I think this is so important especially when working with children because a child is at a very impressionable age with great imagination. When all of these styles are incorporated it brings the learner a well rounded approach that allows them to stay engaged and adapt to all styles of learning, making them a well rounded student.
My experience consists of tutoring college students in the subject areas I learned for a Bachelors degree in Health Science. This consists of: General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Phys ... read more

I always try to ask the student what they think they are weak in. Always try to change the teaching method so that the student does not fall in a routine every session. They sometimes decide on doing, for example, in math, inventing their own equation and participating in their own learning.
I have been teaching and tutoring students for over 10 years. I teach students up to grade 12. I have been working in Canada as a tutor and worked with dyslexic students as well. I taught math and excelled myself with a high gpa up to grade 12.
