I've been tutoring many friends or meeting 1 on 1 with University students to help them with English, German, and Spanish for about 4 years. Often, these have been unofficial language-exchange scenarios; for instance, I would meet with someone with whom I would speak for half an hour in English, then half an hour in Spanish (or whichever language it happened to be).
