I have been teaching piano in France for 4 years, and now 1 year in the U.S. I have never taught French but now my level in English is getting better, I would be able to teach French without problems. I was born in France and have diplomas in management and business. I live in Richmond for 1 year and 6 months.

I have experience teaching children ages 4-6, including both neurotypical and autism-spectrum children. I have worked with college students in the past, working with comprehensive learning and mathematics. I learned that each student understands in their own personal way; some learn by seeing something concrete and for others it is working through the steps in the problem that helps them understand. I have also had the experience of teaching a freshman seminar class where the focus was finding the students strong point or drive and having them research their major or likes to find what job fields might fit them well.
