Teaching is a great joy for me, as it is easy to see I love working with children of all ages. I enjoy the challenge that arises when teaching a group of children that learn in different ways. Understanding that it is important for all to learn, finding creative ways to get points across and bring the students into the topic has always been amazing. After graduation I applied and got a teaching job and I taught at Skyview Middle School in District 49 for 4 years teaching Ancient Civilizations. Before that I was a substitute in District 8, 2, 3, 60, 48 all southern Colorado school districts.

In my experience as a musician, I have found that teaching a subject I love can really inspire students to excel. It's necessary to spread our knowledge to others.
