My teaching style is Socratic. Inquiry and discussion are my primary tools. I also teach history as an argument about the past for the students to develop rather than a set of facts and dates to be memorized. I try to teach without assigning homework. I am currently enrolled at Northern Arizona University. I have completed three years of undergraduate study in history secondary education, have spent seventy hours working and assisting in classrooms, and earned a minor in Spanish.
