A Little Bit About Me...

I have ten years of experience working with all ages of children in an educational setting, including children with special needs. While I am most comfortable with mathematics and language arts, I am qualified to teach all core subject areas. I began my teaching career with a student teaching position in a seventh grade math class. I later became an eighth grade algebra and reading teacher. I also taught pre-k and kindergarten for several years. In addition to holding a Masters of Education in elementary education, I also have a B.A. in mathematics and economics with a minor in British literature.
