I have been tutoring non-stop since I was an undergraduate student myself, and even had the opportunity to TA at St. Lawrence University. I have since used my translation skills in business, taught two years of advanced Spanish language courses at the University of Virginia, and two years of all levels of Spanish at St. Anne's-Belfield School. I love teaching full-time, but nothing compares to the one-on-one interaction and first row seat to the "aha!" moments that I enjoy as a tutor. I have been blessed with professors at the university level who understand the importance of one-on-one instruction. Through the "creativity" of thoughtful instructors I have seen myself grow and develop in ways that I hadn't thought possible.
