I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay with a degree in Elementary Education. Starting in high school I have been working with children in one way or another. I was a mentor to elementary students while in high school, where I helped with their homework as well as their language skills. While in college I tutored at an area middle school in all subjects that the students needed help with. During my student teaching, I spent the summer in Thailand teaching. While I was there, I was able to expand my teaching experience and learn different teaching techniques. I believe that all students are capable of learning but it just takes finding the right teaching method and approach that works for them.
