The style of teaching that works best for me is one of "continuous encouragement." I first find out what the students strengths and weaknesses are then focus on how to improve on them. It's slow and steady but seems to work.
After graduating from art school in 1983, I have worked for numerous screen print and souvenir companies in Colorado, Texas and New Mexico.
