As a recipient of an Associates Degree Summa Cum Laude; I have and more importantly my students have experienced success within and outside of the classroom. Twenty-one out of twenty-four 4th graders under my tutelage increased MAP scores by over 20 points on average when the objective was just for 8 points. My proficiency in instructing in reading, writing, English Language Arts, and comprehension led to me being entrusted with conducting an enrichment program at my school over 1,300 students that led to me receiving 2 awards of Excellence of Service Award and Paraprofessional of the Month. My PLT scores were in the top 15% with 190 out of 200 that led to a Recognition of Excellence Certificate indicating this proficiency.

I have 6 years experience tutoring various aspects of math and chemistry to individuals of all ages: I was varsity captain of my high school math team and led tutoring sessions for algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics. I served as a cub scout assistant den leader until I entered college and used to help young scouts with their homework while babysitting for many of their families. I am currently in my final semester at Georgia Southern University and will graduate cum laude with a BS Chemistry degree and mathematics minor this December. A Little Bit About Me...

Although I graduated with a BS in Justices and an AA in Criminal Justice, I found myself feeling better working with youth rather than adults. I found myself substituting for elementary schools in Bulloch County and I have loved working in the classroom ever since. I am working towards passing the GACE and finding a school system that will hire me on provisional level. I love working with children because they are truly our future.
