I have earned a BA from Calvin College which has certified me to teach at the k-8 levels in social studies and liberal arts and have earned a Masters degree in Counseling Education (certified K-12)which has given me the ability to work wtih students who are difficult to motivate and achieve. During my years, I have gained a wonderful rapport with students of all levels (K-12) while working at Huntington Learning Center. I am an innate musician. I've been performing, singing, and playing piano and flute since elementary school and have always adored it. My music experience began with performance where many people from high school through college encouraged me to pursue it professionally. I love to teach, to be of service, to share my natural musicality with choirs, children's choirs, and private students. I finished my B.M. degree and served as pianist, organist, flutist, conductor, singer, choir director in several churches. I've also had private voice students.
