I know that students can work and achieve if the right kind of motivation is given. Each child has their own learning style and interest which needs to be taken into consideration when working with thenm and then to be taught in that mode and style. My goal for the student is to learn through motivation when the interest is used in the lessons which will then enable the student to relate the lesson to their world. My music experience began with performance where many people from high school through college encouraged me to pursue it professionally. I love to teach, to be of service, to share my natural musicality with choirs, children's choirs, and private students. I finished my B.M. degree and served as pianist, organist, flutist, conductor, singer, choir director in several churches. I've also had private voice students.
