I have worked with Special Education students from Grades 2nd-6th. Instruction has been conducted in both the Resource and Inclusive settings. I am a "hands-on" approach teacher. Often educators think students are grasping the concept when they are really just hearing, not listening. I taught from the year 2000-2013 in Gwinnett County Public Schools. 2013-2014 tried Georgia Pre-K; which I enjoyed but was unable to live on the salary. I moved to a charter school and discovered that was not the place for me. I am now in Fulton County and love it.
