I believe each student has an optimum learning style and I try to match my teaching strategies to that style. When working with adults, I try to establish motivations for learning first and then move on to the next step - how best to master the infomration or skill. I have 25 plus years experience in teaching children and adults. I am currently working on my PhD in education with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction.
