Experience Summary
I have 25 plus years experience in teaching children and adults. I am currently working on my PhD in education with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction. I enjoy working one-on-one as well as in a classroom setting. Since I am completing my current studies online, I have a good understanding of online learning and studying style. I am a firm believer that everyone can learn and I love helping unlock the key to learning for someone struggling with a problem. There is no stupid question - only those that have not yet been asked.
Teaching Style
I believe each student has an optimum learning style and I try to match my teaching strategies to that style. When working with adults, I try to establish motivations for learning first and then move on to the next step - how best to master the infomration or skill.
