Everyone has always told me that I was born to be a teacher, that I have an innate gift to decipher what a student needs and to promote success and accomplish goals. A students progress is determined by their learning rate based upon their maturity level. Students learn at levels and must master one level before attempting a higher level. I feel very strongly about a differential approach to my teaching methods. I believe every child is different and learns differently then the next child.
