I have earned two BS degrees, one in Chemistry and one in Spanish as well as a Masters of Science in Forensic Science. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports, along with essays in many areas. Since high school, I have tutored students in chemistry, Spanish, and mathematics. With my current job, I have gained excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex subjects on a level that an average person can understand. I find that the best way to tutor my students is to find out what they are struggling with the most in a subject and then helping them with the basics in that subject. I work with the student on the basics and then build up to more difficult material. I am patient with students of all ages. I believe that knowing the basics of a subject is always important. In college, I always had to know the basics to build on that knowledge.
