I believe in education and don't understand why people don't invest more time and resources in education. Educated human beings not only look different but they are different from within. They are more sensitive, spiritual, mature and stable. It is wonderful to teach young people and see their metamorphosis before our eyes. There's nothing more exciting then to unveil a world of knowledge to young people. After graduation I decided never to stop studying Law, the Brazilian legal system, different legal systems around the world and international law, both public and private. I became a specialist in tax law, a master in jurisprudence and a PhD in international law. Becoming a professor was only natural and my teasing career began in 1992 or 1993. As a child I learned to speak English and French as well as Portuguese. After that I learned other foreign languages. I am now living in the US

With a bachelor degree in biology and a follow up minor in chemistry i am well versed in both the life and physical sciences. I am broadfield science certified through the state of Montana which enables me to teach any science course 5-12. I have been a classroom teacher for the past nine years and have extensive experience using technology as a teaching tool. I am very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. As a science educator I strive to have students build their own knowledge with my guidance. I adhere to the constructivist philosophy of education and in doing so I have designed many lessons with the inquiry approach in mind. This forces students to begin to think for themselves and allows them to take ownership over their learning.
