There are many ways for children to learn, and the most effective method that I have used is to establish a basic foundation and then build upon that. My five year old son, Paul, is already reading and writing becuase I have worked patiently with him for the last few years. Simple rewards like a 'high five' may seem silly, but any type of positive reinforcement helps to keep attention focused on the work at hand, and makes children enjoy what they are doing. I am broadfield science certified through the state of Montana which enables me to teach any science course 5-12.
