I have 17 years of experience in Elementary and Special Education. My area of expertise is in the area of Reading Intervention. I am experienced in assessment, diagnosing specific deficits, and developing an individualized program designed to meet the needs of your child.
Teaching Style
As a seasoned educator, I’ve learned the importance of building healthy relationships with my students and their parents. The key to accelerated academic success is a foundation of reciprocal trust and respect. I believe strongly that it is my job to continually assess my instruction and modify my techniques if the child is not progressing. I have a great sense of humor and kids generally are at ease with me.
