I like to present material, but expect interaction with students to reach a mutual understanding of the material. Students are expected to develop to a level of independence that will allow them to work without assistance. While a student I acted as a teacher's assistant teaching Argumentation and Debate for one semester, and tutored Basic Statistics for one semester. As an accounting professional I trained new employees in Accounting, both in classroom and individual environments.
